The Betrayal! (Part-1)

Peter and Helen had known each other since childhood as they lived only distance away from each other. They sometimes played together with the other kids in the neighborhood and shared many things in common.

Their two parents became good friends and making it possible for peter and Helen to concrete their own personal relationship for good.

But more importantly, these two characters happened to be in the same primary school but in separate class. However, they were still able to spend their lunch break together and even share each other’s lunch. As a result, they were envied by the other pupils in the school because of their strong ties.

Tom Maxwell was however able to secure a hand of friendship from Peter during their final year in school. He quickly walked up the ladder of his friendship with peter that, he nearly overshadowed the bond between peter and Helen.

The trio finally came to be tied together while in secondary school and Tom and Helen’s became very close and good friends because, they were in the same classroom and were doing the same subjects.

With fear that he could possibly loss Helen to Tom, Peter officially asked her to be his girl-lover and she readily accepted the request due to the fact that, they well knew each other from infancy. Their relationship became firmly established and promising than ever.

Parents of both Peter and Helen were extremely happy that their respective children were happy as well with one another. Having said that however, Peter’s parents were not too optimistic of the relationship and of the fact that some time to come, Peter would one day be the husband of Helen.

The trio, at this point in time, were always together and spending all their time doing what they like most; studying.
Helen’s family was well known in the vicinity and far beyond because of their wealth and the way they spend it on educating the unfortunate youngsters they happens to know.

Her parents were always ready to throw their weight behind any one that she fancies and Peter was not an exception to that. In fact, he got more than everything he needed from this loving and caring family and he was not lacking of anything…

Genesis!

We walked and climbed up the stairs away from the car park
With his wife slowly but closely following
She is coming here to create the first of her kind (human). It was the right time.

Her needed toiletries were all in place
He helped her into her nightgown and head-tie
Down the small metal bed, she was placed
Place there to rest before things get started.

At any time from now, it could happen
We looked at her beautiful face. It registered love for him but she was in pain and feels betrayed by him at this hour. He gave way to floods of tears
His wife was trying to hide her labour pains her lovely smiling face.

“Its time to leave gentlemen” said the doctor and his team
We took a last look at her and everything around her and said ”It is good”
It was already dawn; into the car we went to help ourselves to the mouth-watering breakfast.

We love her but left her to undergo the pain alone
That’s how it should be
For nature said so.

Over the hill and trees, was the smiling sunshine coming our way
We lovingly welcome it
For we know it was bring a new day, and a new life into this world
Its rays added to our happiness and joy to having a new baby.

My Hero & Role Model! ... Is the Greatest Man who ever lived

He lived on this earth and did most of the things you and I do on the daily basis.
He spends himself out entirely for the common good of his fellow man. Pushed beyond the boundaries of the comforts this world has to offer, he was still not distracted from his course in life and his mission.
He is known everywhere, respected by hundreds of thousands, loved by uncountable millions, followed by masses, and even worshipped by others.

Who could he be? And why is he my Hero and that of many other?

We may know of greater men, in fields of politics and power, medicine, technology, music and so goes the list. But one thing we should never forget is that, there was one who surpasses them all. He was and still remains to be no other than the man…JESUS CHRIST.

You may now want to know why I and others viewed this man who lived centuries ago as our hero.

Because, you want to know, here are just few of my reasons:
· He was able to do lots of things that you and I would never even think of doing.
· If only followed and practice, his wise saying would have just the correct recipe to making this world a better place for all
· As a carpenter, he lived and worked hard with honesty
· As a preacher man, he carried out his work to the full and till the end of his life, he preached.

. As a teacher, he presented matters of great weight and depth with simplicity, brevity and clearity (Making him the greatest Teacher to ever lived)
· He had genuine love for humans and the world as a whole to the point that, He offers his own life for us…
Do you see why Jesus Christ is my hero?

It wouldn’t be as easy for you to accept this fact from me because; we have different thinking and maybe personalities, views and more about JESUS.

Now listen to what others have to say about Jesus Christ My Hero…

Napoleon Bonaparte was moved to say this about Jesus Christ…”
-“Jesus Christ has influenced and commanded his subjects without his bodily presence”
What sort of person has ever matched that record?
A man’s greatness/heroism can be measured by ‘what he leaves to grow, and whether he started others to think along fresh lines with a vigor that persisted after him. By this test Jesus Christ stands first.

Beyond any doubt, I would raise my voice and hands up to say Jesus Christ is My HERO because; by his dynamic teachings and by the way he lived in harmony with them, he has powerfully affected the lives of people for nearly two thousand years. One writer aptly put it this way: “All the armies that ever marched, and all the navies that ever were built, and all the parliaments that ever sat, all the kings that ever reigned, put together have not affected the life of man upon this earth as powerfully as did Jesus.”

He lived as a human like you and I and yet, he was able to maintain his integrity and what he preached to the last. In fact, his surpassing example of love in particular, is what made him the greatest man who ever lived and my personal HERO and Role model in life. His love has touched my hearts and that of millions through the centuries and has influenced their lives for the good.

Jesus Christ is simply my hero because of what he did and would continue to do for mankind. “If all humans were to live and fully observe and practice what Jesus taught, says, and practiced, I believe, there would not have been any problem whatsoever on this planet”

In conclusion, the well respected Hindu leader Mahatma Gandhi once said” I know of no one who has done more for humanity than Jesus”

If Gandhi, Napoleon, and many more who once lived and some still alive including you and I today, could say something about Jesus, then; without any hesitation, I would once more say my HERO is simply the Greatest man (JESUS CHRIST)who ever live, taught, and walked this beautiful earth…
